How do I make an appointment?
You can either send us your GP referral letter or directly contact the admin to book an appointment.

How do I claim a Medicare rebate?
To receive a Medicare rebate, you need a valid referral letter and a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP. Alternatively, a referral letter from a Psychiatrist can also enable you to receive a Medicare rebate.

What are my other options?
If you prefer, you can bypass this process and pay the full fee out of pocket, or choose to claim through your private health insurance.
