Meet Ash

Ash is a Clinical Psychologist with nine years of experience supporting adults with a range of concerns, from longstanding and complex difficulties to more recent challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming.

She has a particular interest in working with complex trauma, eating disorders, autism (ASD), ADHD, personality disorders, relationship difficulties, and anxiety disorders, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Drawing on experience across hospitals, rehabilitation settings, community organisations, and private practice, Ash provides evidence-based therapy tailored to each person's unique needs.

Ash offers both in-person appointments in Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs and telehealth services across Australia.

Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinicians undertake annual professional development activities and are listed in the Find Eating Disorder Help Directory.
