Meet Ash

Ash is a Clinical Psychologist with nine years of clinical experience. She offers a warm, collaborative, and client-centred approach, supporting adults across a range of presentations from complex and longstanding difficulties to more recent concerns. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed and neuroaffirming principles.

She works primarily with adults experiencing complex trauma, Eating Disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Many of the people she works with present with long-standing emotional and relational difficulties, challenges with emotional regulation, and patterns that feel difficult to shift despite previous support.

Ash draws on experience across hospitals, non-government organisations, rehabilitation settings, and general practice clinics, contributing to a broad and well-integrated clinical perspective. She has extensive experience working within multidisciplinary teams and supporting complex presentations across both public and private settings.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and two Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), a credentialed eating disorder clinician with the Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED), and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Ash works in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne and provides services to clients across Australia via telehealth.
